    Smaller Items:

    Delivered via tracked parcel courier. You’ll receive tracking details and email updates directly from the courier once your order has been dispatched.

    Here’s a quick guide on our delivery process:

    • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order, followed by a dispatch notification when your items are shipped..
    • Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. For orders placed by 3 PM (GMT), processing will occur on the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

    I can't praise this company enough. After waiting 8 months to receive a similar piece of furniture I was in despair! I ordered the sideboard on the Thursday and it arrived on Monday which was amazing.
