At Heart of kitchens our aim is to provide a smooth and clear delivery experience for your convenience and satisfaction. Here are the specifics of our delivery process.


Where We Deliver

We deliver anywhere within the UK mainland. Please note that free delivery applies to the UK mainland only.

Please Note: There will be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50
  • £5.99 Standard Delivery for orders under £50

There is one standard delivery service for all orders, tailored to the type of item:

  • Furniture & Large Items: Delivered to your room of choice by our trusted courier, who will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date. You'll also receive a three-hour delivery window and a 30-minute pre-arrival reminder.
  • Smaller Items: Delivered via a tracked parcel courier. You’ll receive tracking information and email updates once your item has been dispatched.


Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Last Order Time: Orders placed by 3 PM (GMT) will be processed on the same business day.
  • After 3 PM Orders: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day.


Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days. 
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or transportation issues.


Delivering Your Order

We strive to provide a fast, secure, and reliable delivery service. The delivery method and courier will be chosen based on the item’s requirements, and specific carrier selection is not available. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Once your payment is confirmed, items will be dispatched & delivered within the time frame specified on the product page. You’ll receive a dispatch notification as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.


Partial Deliveries

For orders shipped in multiple boxes, individual boxes may arrive on different days. If any part of your order is missing, please use our contact us or email us at info@heartofkitchens.co.uk for assistance.


Tracking and Delays

Occasionally, there may be delays in tracking updates during transit. If more than 6 calendar days have passed since the last tracking update, please reach out to us, and we’ll check on the status of your order with the carrier.
