Price Match Guarantee

At Heart of Kitchens, we want you to feel confident that you're getting excellent value on every purchase. If you find the same product available for less on another UK-based website, we’ll try to match the price, whether you’re about to order or you’ve just ordered.

To request a price match, simply fill out our Price Match Form Below or contact us before placing the order or within 24 hours of placing your order. Just send us the competitor’s link and price, and we’ll take care of the rest.


How it works

  • Before placing your order:
    We will create a personalised draft order with the discounted price already applied. You’ll receive a secure checkout link via email to complete your purchase at the matched price.

  • After placing your order (within 24 hours):
    We will issue a partial refund for the difference between what you paid and the lower price found.

Our Price Match Guarantee has a few conditions:

  • The item must be identical and currently in stock on the competitor’s website

  • The competitor must be a UK-based online retailer (not a marketplace or auction site such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, etc.)

  • The competitor’s price must include VAT and delivery fees

  • The price match request must be made before placing your order or within 24 hours after ordering

  • The competitor must be an authorised stockist of the product

  • The item must not be part of a clearance or promotional bundle

  • Price matches cannot be combined with other Heart of Kitchens discount codes or promotions


*Please note, there may be occasions other retailer's are priced low to clear stock, therefore if the requested price puts us in a negative margin we won’t be able to match the price.
