    Our trusted courier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery includes placing the item in your room of choice, handled with care throughout. You’ll receive a three-hour delivery window via text or email, with a 30-minute pre-arrival reminder.

    Smaller Items:

    Delivered via tracked parcel courier. You’ll receive tracking details and email updates directly from the courier once your order has been dispatched.

    Here’s a quick guide on our delivery process:

    • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order, followed by a dispatch notification when your items are shipped..

    I can't praise this company enough. After waiting 8 months to receive a similar piece of furniture I was in despair! I ordered the sideboard on the Thursday and it arrived on Monday which was amazing.
