    Offshore Domestic Regions and Scottish Highlands: Additional charges apply for deliveries to:

    • Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.

    • 2 Man Delivery (£19.99): Recommended for heavy items, same as standard delivery but this service includes a two-person team who will deliver to any room of your choice. Please note this service does not include unpacking or assembly unless otherwise specified.

    • Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are dispatched & delivered within 5-15 days. Once your item(s) leave the warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch notification. (Please see the specific timeframe on the product page)

    • Tracking & Delays: Occasionally, there may be delays in tracking updates. If there is no update for more than 6 days, please reach out to us for assistance.
