    Our trusted courier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery includes placing the item in your room of choice, handled with care throughout. You’ll receive a three-hour delivery window via text or email, with a 30-minute pre-arrival reminder.

    Smaller Items:

    Delivered via tracked parcel courier. You’ll receive tracking details and email updates directly from the courier once your order has been dispatched.

    • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order, followed by a dispatch notification when your items are shipped..

    I can't praise this company enough

    I can't praise this company enough. After waiting 8 months to receive a similar piece of furniture I was in despair! I ordered the sideboard on the Thursday and it arrived on Monday which was amazing. Throughout the team kept me informed of progress and the product is great, just what I wanted to provide extra storage in my bathroom.

    No — our lighting products are sold for self-installation. We recommend using a qualified electrician to install ceiling lights safely and in accordance with local regulations.

    What type of ceiling fittings do your lights use?

    All of our lights come with standard ceiling fixings suitable for UK installations. Full fitting instructions are included with each product. If you're unsure whether a light is suitable for your ceiling, feel free to contact us before ordering.

    Do you offer free delivery?

    Yes — free UK mainland delivery is available on orders over £50. For smaller orders under £50, a flat-rate delivery fee of £5.99 applies.

    When will my order be delivered?
